Early in the morning, in the living-room she stands and sings.
The rise of her romantic voice brings a feeling of bliss,
Made of a blend of Latin vibes and American Pop.
Well-gifted is this young Colombian, Spanish and American singer-songwriter,
And full well aware of her talent is the girl, dedicated to start and build her own career.
Her name is Andrea Lopez, and she’s ready to take the music industry by storm and blow people’s mind with her music.
She’s releasing this week her debut EP, titled Echoes which consists in a total of 5 songs (3 in English and 2 in Spanish).
With early influences like Shakira, Avril Lavigne, Stevie Nicks, and Sheryl Crow,
Andrea Lopez offers a delightful experience somewhat smooth and mellow. Light are the melodies and the drums.
In the audio version of her song Por Ti, sang in Spanish, the presence of the flute gives it something peaceful despite the sorrow in her lyrics. Por Ti inspires and reflects that way how bittersweet emotions can feel in a relation.
The songwriting for this piece is interesting indeed and the work on vocals is to be considered.
In the building of her career she’s been working hard these past year.
She participated and ended at the 2nd place in the Festival Miami’s 2013 Songwriter’s Showcase with her original songs “Safe Tonight” and “Let Her Know”.
To know everything about the music industry, from the recording to the licensing,
Over the past two years and a half Andrea has been working along side Emilio Estefan in Crescent Moon Studios, assisting his team in production and songwriting sessions for top performing artists.
Plus she also worked at the Estefan’s corporate office in licensing and royalties for the Estefan catalog, where she learned the business of how to manage and monetize the work of an artist.
Andrea Lopez, 23 year old songwriter, appears here as a go-getter, a dream catcher and a hard worker.
Her talent and dedication have resulted in this debut EP, Echoes, which is about to be a pleasure to listen this April 21st.
