FOXTRAX: Making Music Out Of ‘The Cabin’
Once upon a time, not too long ago (actually one year ago)
Three young men, Ben Schneid, Jared Stenz, and Jon Stenz,
Childhood friends from Long Island, NY,
Decided to form a band and gather in a cabin located in the woods of North Carolina for five weeks:
There was born FOXTRAX;they’ve been writing, arranging and self-producing their debut EP, titled ‘The Cabin’, out this July 1st.
Back in New York, Reed Black helped to finalize the production & mix
Their work already caught attention as in February of this year, producer Ben Roulston (Wolf Alice, Florence and the Machine) heard their debut EP “The Cabin”
And aided the new production with a fresh mix.
Brian Lucey, (Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys) also connected with the band’s sound and completed the EP with a professional master.
Compared to authentic bands such as Coldplay, FOXTRAX brings thrills and chill
With a sensitive poetry and emotive vocals. Plus the minimalist formation of the band makes it more authentic.
Although, an indie-rock band, they’ve got these folk flavors.
Besides, quite born entertainers, they’re preparing two significant events,
