Jay Prince – Back On Track With A Whole New Type Of Mood

Jay Prince has just released a new body of work, this 25th January 2019, titled WONDER. An EP darker than the previous one. The CHERISH EP, released in 2018, sounds warm, thriving, with lively melodies and exciting collaborations from the UK scene, counting Mahalia.

Tracks like BEAMLIGHT, with a visual filmed in black and white, reflects a dark state of mind, and introduces the whole mood in the EP. Jay Prince is an artist that always divided between a bright positivity and a depressing nonchalant attitude. His artistry has been showcasing from Beautiful Mercy, to Smile Good, CHERISH and WONDER.

For this new record, no feature, however the rapper continues to innovate. Vocals that reminds the like of Aminé, who he did a collaboration with (for Late Summer) in songs like LUV ME, smooth and clean delivery that recalls his love for Kendrick Lamar in tunes like WONDER.

He’s currently on tour in UK and with a show in Paris at BADABOUM in February.
