Mi’das: Debut Album -“The Ultimate Artistic Statement”
How much time does it take to think and think again of what you want to express?
How much time does it take to put an order to all these random thoughts inside your head ?
How much time does it take to have the clear vision of the things that have been confusing your mind so long?
How much time do you have to share your vision, hoping that it could enlighten someone else mind?
According to Mi’das, musician songwriter, the opportunity given to share that personal vision to which someone might relate, is a 3-4 minute window.
So Mi’das has decided to build an 11 window room, releasing his debut album titled ‘All Inside Your Head’.
‘I called it All Inside Your Head as I’ve come to notice that most things in this life good or bad come down to something you can change yourself in your own mind without blaming anyone or looking for other reasons’. MI’das
All his Soul did he bring in this project.
All the memories of the last 10 years of his life did he revive in this album.
Has it been a long process, since 2014.
Waiting for the right time, he first released a series of 3 EPs introducing us to his musicality, his guitar, and his growth as a musician.
Consistency is one word that suits Mi’das as he keeps it all organic,
Always integrating a live performance to his projects, and
Always paying with acoustic instruments,
Authentic sounds and vibes, getting you closer to this man with a hat and guitar.
Even though it has been a heck of a long journey, and it revives significant episodes of a 10 year lifetime,
With this music greatly influenced by the 70’s and the likes of Stevie Wonder and Bill Withers,
The whole album, full of messages still relevant, remains timeless.
Mixing it with Pop and hints of Jazz, he actually makes us feel like the substance of this 70’s Soul was just yesterday:
Started from the bottom, now look at where Mike is:
From busking the streets, to touring at venues such as the O2 arena, Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, and Kensinton Palace (In front of Prince William, Bon Jovi…),
Performances with artists such as Leona Lewis, Jessie J, Rita Ora, Labrinth and Jamie Cullum,
This debut album is his ultimate artistic statement.
‘All Inside Your Head’ is currently available on his official website, it is set to be released on iTunes on March 28th. Mi’das will be going on a headline tour across the UK in May.
