Naomi Banks released her debut single: Hourglass which is about not realzing the importance of someone untill they’ve gone away. 

The production of the song pictures clearly the overwhelming idea of regret. Downtempo beat and moaning voice indicate the sadness in Naomi Banks’ tone, while furtive reverse sound effects in the background imply her wish to rewind and go back in time, but time runs too fast.

Naomi Banks is giving quite a vivid rendition indeed, with character and strong vocals, for a powerful electro- neosoul vibe and a psychedelic experiment.

Naomi Banks did her first professional recording for The Early Learning Centre at the age of 6. Later, she received a scholarship to The Purcell School of Music where she studied singing, saxophone and piano. Naomi then earned a scholarship to Trinity Conservatoire where she specialised in Jazz voice. 

Naomi has worked with Gareth Malone OBE for a number of years and alongside him recorded and performed with Keane, Laura Mvula, ELO, Lianne La Havas and many more.
